After downloading the App you're asked 3 simple things,
a. Your phone number - so we 'verify' you are real.
b. Your email address so you can login to your account via the web.
c., Your emergency contacts phone numbers - so we can alert them when you need help.

a. 'Verify you're real'
A. Select your Country (USA/UK) Flag and type in your phone number e.g. 5134464914 Press the red Verify number button.

-
You will receive a 4-digit Pin (OTP) via SMS on your phone, which you can type into the App.
-

Add SOS (emergency) Contact(s)

Add SOS contacts, either manually one by one, or select them from your phones’ contact list.
You can add one or multiple SOS contacts from you phone book.

For each SOS contact you create, you choose to send “Alerts by SMS” and/either “Alerts by Call” and email,
If added manually, remember to check/change the country flag for each number

2) From the Phone’s ‘contacts’ list (easier)

Search and select multiple contacts (green tick) Then click on ‘Finish’ at the top.
You can then select each SOS contact and change their name, untick email or phone call etc. , remember to press save.

All SOS Emergency Contacts are alerted instantly. For added peace of mind, you can set up duplicates of a contact (e.g., John Doe) to receive follow-up alerts at different intervals – say, one after 3 minutes and another after 7 minutes. If John responds to the first alert, he won’t receive any more. But if he doesn’t respond, he’ll get the next one, and so on. This setup is also helpful for including contacts who are farther away or managers who may only need to respond if the primary contacts don’t act quickly.

To delete a contact you've added simply swipe that contact to the left and a delete button will appear.

You can keep the contact details, and make a contact inactive, simply select the contact and uncheck the 'Active' box then press Save.
